colonoscopy.. - ppqrss

please can you tell how often to colonoscopy when polyp found on clonoscopy..any differnce if it is one or few..villous or hyperplastic..please help

If the polyp found is tubulous,less than 2cm, low grade dysplasia, less than 3 in number; repeat the colonscopy in 5 years.
On the other hand if the polyp is high grade dysplastic, 3 or more in number, more than 2 cm in size, villous;repeat after 3 years.
