in Type 2 Dm we lso have anti insulin receptor antibodies .. do not know if they r or thr periphral resistance is the primary coz .

I di dnot have clue for the last Q ..could you please send your comments & also .. tell me from where did you bring these QQ ?

well then the enzyme is ALA dehydrase not dehydrogenase .right ?
