I also think is B, estrogen 10 day after menes will cuase a positive feedback rise is LH

the answer is D as i think because estrogen helps in ovulation and formation of luetel body in the ovary and progestrone keeps secretion of lh from lueteal body and lh will reach peak at 20 dayes of cycle

estrogen is one of the few limited positive feedback mechanism in human body, in lower level it inhibit the LH but at higher level it is positive feed back for LH and estrogen itself.
