drug given for glaucoma and aspirin causes CNS depression and metabolic acidosis.
whats the drug given for glaucoma...easy one as there is a clue in the above line...

Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors.... cause dec. secretion of acqous humor by dec. HCO3 secretion.

other drugs given for glaucoma with similar mech...

beta blockers... cause dec. secretion of acqous humor.

Alpha agonists.... cause dec. syhthesis

acetazolamide----acidosis AC for AC i rememebr like that-- acta for acidosis
it depress CNS by NH3 tocicity
it causes NaHco3 diuresis
