I took the exam last year with very little knowledge about the material that I should go through and I could not focus on study due to hospital job and some other volunteer work. I went to the exam with a blind optimism (I didn't do any practice at all, so I no idea where I was)

This time, I did the UW practice, and actually sit down and spent time to go through everything.

Am actually doing so bad that I need some publications and a Phd degree to be matched? They are something that I absolutely can not help with, but I will be trying to get some observationship and externalship opportunities though.
