could it be PICA lateral pontine where 7 is present...

AAA but my explanation may not be right.... from the homoculus .. the face is supplied by the middle cerebral arteyy..and since bells palsy is related to 7th cranial nerve ,so thats why i choose AAA. i may be wrong though
