caused by PDA --unoxygenated blood entering the aorta below the subclavian artery....

It is patent ductus arteriosus after shunt reversal, ...the aorta proximal to PDA is supplying oxygenated blood...below PDA, deoxygenated blood from PA mixed with aortic blood..leading to extremities cynosis only..upper extremities perfectly ok..........

decrease the BP in lower extremities ,dec.in renal blood flow,claudication...
collaterals--AIA/PIA SEA/IEA.....

correct and exercise intolerance of LEs but no cyanosis

...because it is proximal to left subclavian artery...asynchronous radial pulses in left and right upper extremities

yes they have HTN becoz of RAA
ok which one is opposite low pressure in upper extremities.. |
