I am reading cardiology now and wanted to tell everyone that cardiology is EXCELLENT in master the board....
It explains the murmurs really really good and most of all it explains the different maneuvers and how they affect murmurs

Also it is very nice in ischemic heart disease

I only wanted to share this so hopefully someone will get good use of this

Yeah, Conrad Fischer does a great job in explaining cardiology especially murmurs, I really liked his Kaplan CK lectures in cardiology as well.

You should listen to Conrad Fischer's lectures also on cardiology and Infectious diseases. Those are simply amazing..!
