I matched this yr..however my GC is in process in EB1 with approved I140..so awaiting EAD according to USCIS processing times I should get EAD by MAY ...so should I wait till EAD or go ahead with h1b filing...also is H1b for residency is exempt category? when is the latest one can apply for h1b to start residency on 1st july considering I am in US ??
