in Dopamine receptor types D1,D5 both stimulate Gprotein and Incr cAMP and excitation. D2,D3,D4 inhibit Gprotein and decrease cAMP and excitation? or no excitation...its mentioned like this is in beh sci kapln notes 2010 edition, in organic disorder topic, dopamine receptors are mentioned like this... can any1 clarify on the D2,3,4 inhibiting Gprotein and stil causing excitation...plz sm1 clarify?
