1st time in USA.........how to start - drs1980

i m new to USA, stepped 2wk back, i m living in Irving, Dallas, Texas. planning to sit for USMLE on sept 2012, i won the greencard lottery so i ve to come in hurry..........i am a FMG from Nepal and graduated in 2007. at present i m looking to work in any healthcare or medical related field so that i can learn to spek fluent english and also make some money. can anyone help me how to start and is there any possibility to work in any medical related field without having ECFMG. my greencard and ssn has already arrived. looking forward for valuable suggestions soon..........

Look the website of the local hospitals,plus the local craig list and try to look for online advirtisement...you need to make your resume and etc..maybe you need to start like a volunter...the road is not easy ,but you have to start from some where...
