systemic patho or general patho?

and how much important is the histology part of anatomy..

plz help me by replying..i m studying but m too slow so i think i need to change my study plan..plz help me.. i will be very thankful to anyone who replies..thanx in advance..

patho in general is imp.i dont know much about it...but from what i've heard,histology is not that important.you get just 4-5 questions itseems.
