How are we suppose to dress for the dinner the night before with the residents?

Semi formal..I prefer casual. pls give ur input.

I would not go with casual....I am having a dinner with Rs too.

I am a female and going to dress semi-formal...like slacks and light nice sweater or blouse, no jacket (coat).
For men-trousers and shirt, without tie and without jacket.

You can also call program coordinator and ask her, there is nothing wrong with that.
I would not wear jeens or sweatshirt for sure....it is better to be on a safe side.
