Prelims query - fmg.86

i am planning on applying to prelims along with categorical.. will i be charged extra?

you seem a bit confused about prelim/categorical

Prelims are not in any way less competitive than categorical. Most applicants who apply to prelim/transistional years have advanced training lined up.

You'll come across as 1)confused 2)desperate 3)unknowledgeable or 4) all of the above

If you apply to both cat and preliminary in the SAME hospital, the PD's gonna scratch his head and wonder "what the hell does this guy want to do??"

lol.. ok, first, thanks for the reply.. i am sure many others found it enlightening.
Not me... coming to the point, i just needed to know if there is any extra charge for applying to a prelim position. you have answered everything other than my question, but thanks once again. i ams ure it was helpful for others...
