Hello, I got my step 1 score recently. i got 76. I would like to know if I have any chances of getting an int med residency position. I am very upset. what should i do to cover up this low score?

you can't do anything about it.atleast it was your first attempt ,mine was second and still got 78.concentrate on step 2.
