During Exercise:
Cardiac Output Increased---->"Increased Pulmonary Blood Flow"
*Pulmonary Venous PO2 (same as "Systemic Arterial PO2") is near --- 100 mmHg
-Now From lungs (Pulmonary Vein) , oxygenated Blood enter Systemic circulation(Systemic Artery)------>"Systemic Exercising TISSUE"and (this tissue will extract more O2 from the blood)
----->Leaving LESS PO2 in "Systemic Veins" and there for "LESS Pulmonary Arterial PO2"
