For 3 i think it has collagen disorder so to detect the activity of collagen we detect hydroxy proline.

I marked the serum hydroxyproline. I also thought collagen defect.!! its wrong!

i marked the ck and i got it right bcz i thought glut max weakness and a child with DMD would have pelvic griddle weakness so i put 2 n 2 together
