The correct answer is CC.

In chronic rheumatic heart disease, the valve that is usually involved is the mitral valve. But occasionally aortic valve is involved. There is constant scarring that occurs on the valves because of this disease and with the aortic valve, it usually results in the fusion of commissures. Coexisiting mitral stenosis and fusion of aortic valve commissures point toward complication of chronic rheumatic valve disease than wear and tear due to age.
