a 73 yr old female comes to physician bcuz of severe pain and swelling her rt. knee joints. Her past medical H/O HTN and Dm , well controlled by medications. Her rt. knee was replaced three yrs ago. Ok,all replacement hx looks like just for distraction, so you choose staph. epidermitis. I thinks we need to concentrate on Diabetis hx and diabetics are well known for MRSA,

D because of DM and and Most common cause of osteomyelitis is staph anyway
