#1
how do we differentiate between toxoplasmosis, coccidioidomycosis, cryptococcal neoformans on MRI????

toxo = ring lesions [ round ]
coccidido = spherules [ round ]
crypto = soap bubble [ round ]

well besides the symptoms ofcourse and culture techniques... anyone else on a brain MRI aspect....

what i know iis that :
toxo : the rings are enhanced its almost like they have haloes
coccidio: it their size they're bigger than RBC's
and crypto well its just soap bubble
but like u said symptoms and culture and all will give u a more clear idea

hope that helps Smile
