in the tinel test do you have to test the other normal joint too ie in carpel tunnel syndrome to test the median nerve of the other side as well? and if yes then it means we have to test the normal one 1st. pls input. thanks

yes bilateral coz some causes are bilateral like pregnancy and fluid retention

for the tinels test... do we tap (light) on the nerve.. or do we percuss (hard)
