please tell me, if i started my LOR to upload on 27th july, is too late for processing..???

No it nowhere near late. If you writers upload you LOR anyone it only takes 3-4 days

Today they are uploading those received in July 11, so if it is taking about 1 week to be processed. You will be fine even if he mailed it as it will take 3-4 weeks max in that case.
