I m a foreign medical graduate from India. Applied for step2 cs through IWA. I m confused about what are the materials that I've to send by mail to ECFMG?
Is it form 186 plus one photo?

Complete & send that form (186) if you haven't sent it before plus your photo (don't forget the application fee... . They will let you to arrange your exam date after receiving these documents.
