2. I am currently in my MD medicine final yr in my home country and I will be finishin in june 2014 and plan to write CS in june end-early july.. I get a stipend as of now but when I leave for US I Will be unemployed wll what affect my visa ?
3. I haven't got any observership as of now but plan to look for it or any other USCE after I finish CS so what should I mention duration of stay and the reason for it?

1. yes
2. it depends on the consul although some would want you to have some form of employment to strengthen proof of ties to home country. but still a lot of cs takers who are unemployed are still granted visa so just try to make sure you can convince the consul you have strong ties to go back
3. never mention about usce or obsie to the consul. they are don't knwo about this stuff and would just raise suspicions. just say 2 weeks for duration and say you will explore some of the US tourist spots or if you have relatives in the US, say you are staying for 4 weeks to visit them after CS.
