I just finished my residency in NYC and am looking to sell my furnitures.

Also, why are you selling stuff? I am sure after residency you will be starting a new job with 100K salary and here you are trying to make a few dollars selling used furniture? Please do the right thing and give it to charity.

To Xiang- I'm moving onto fellowship in a different state.. And you'll be surprised how much lower pay is in states outside NYC.. So no, I'm not loaded, so stop assuming!

Pay is lower in other areas and so is cost of living and so that's a moot point.
As a doctor you will be make 6 figures once you are done with your training.
There is only one way to describe what you are doing right now : Cheap A$$
