Smile yes - contraction of internal sphincter of bladder simultaneously with emission - both under control of sympathetic nervous system - will prevent retrograde flow of semen. Destruction of the sphincter during prostatectomy causes retrograde ejaculation.

Good.... One I know of is tamsulosin which is alpha blocker and hence sphincter won't close .
