Ask why 99% faculty in Neurology in Indian Ask why 95 % IM/FP Residents are Punjabi - and why only friends of residents come in - In fact if u go for an IM interview there ...they proudly tell u how most of them are punjabi..wut they dont tell u is it is friends of friends who get in and hence punjabi... so if u are not a friend of a resident there....FAT CHANCE YOU MATCHED THERE ! No comments...jst observations ...

look at Mclean Clinic, MI. more than 50% residents are from philippine. i was wondering why? is there any nepotism there too? please advice

Bill Clinton hates nepotism. That's why he tried to hire Monica to perform Hillary's job. But most people preferred that he practiced nepotism. Now you see your observations make a lot of sense in America.

yeah - but thats like fooling the other hopefuls who spend for the match, spend for travelling to the program --- if they wanna practice nepotism, such programs have no business of being in the match. They participate in the match to maintain status for certain funding and tax-relief previligies they get from the state govt. as an equal opportunity institution.
