when a program asks for scores do we have to sent the score report that ECFMG mails us after 5 weeks of the exam.
i failed step 2 once so do I have to send the fail score report also

You don't have to but when you send USMLE transcripts through ERAS they will send all your past records (pass/fail) only for $50 to all the programs you apply.
