22 YO man comes to phys.office b/c of fatigue,blurred vision & increase thurst for past 2 months.He has awakened several times to urinate at night & 8-10 times daily.Takes no mediaction.His serum Na 160meq/L,urine osmolality 165mosm/kg of water.Which one is the diagnosis?
