For qs 3, I think pt has call not sure if it's suppose to be smudge cell. According to MTB page 157 don't treat asymptomatic pt with elevated white count.

Q 14. Pt being treated with antibiotics for pneumonia so add albuterol for wheezing.

qs14.....for a copd pt in ER,should not we start oxygen before albuterol.i mean option...E ??

The only reason I can come up with not being E is that they didn't give us oxygen sat for the pt.

i am not sure about the right answ.

but in ER, for such a pt, do we not start oxygen 1st and at the same time order oxy satu and then adjust tx based on oxy satu..?? i mean we start oxy irrespective of what oxy satu going to be...??
