is this correct? archer says to diagnose with US if younger than 4 months old and with X-ray if older than 4 months...

also, do we use pavlik harness if

pavlik harness if < 6 months old and spica hip cast if > 6 months old?

at least that's what I remember Pavlik if less than 6 mths. Spica cast 6-18 mths. correct me if I'm wrong. About the US I'm not sure I was going to answer US if 6 mths or younger
