I am confused since some material says that it increases risk of bleeding when used together while I have read somewhere else that it's better to use both to decrease risk of stroke, MI, cardiac death.
So in summary I have to use both in MI pretty sure of that, but also after stroke?

IIRC: Give clopidogrel to patients who had an MI (while already on aspirin) that are getting PCI.

I know in the MI case, what I'm not sure is with stroke, some sources say switch to clopidogrel if stroke happened while on aspirin, other sources say give both. What to do?

Stroke or TIA while on Aspirin add Aspirin + dypridamole or Colpidogrel
First Stroke or TIA: Aspirin
Double check that but that is what I thought the protocol was.

mygodhelp that's what I remember you have to switch because it means it's not working and the 2 of them will increase bleeding. So that's what I'm going to answer
