right renal aretry stenosis --------> inc RAAS ------------> which appears in right renal vein compared to left which is normal. so when obstruction is relieved ,it returns to normal levels.

so uzair.......does that mean renin appears in vein......see its secreted from jg cells in afferent arteriole.......to some extent got this...........but just to clarify

If there is stenosis in rt renal artery,will it not cause rise is renin in rt renal artery as compared to left?

dec in renal blood flow on the right side is going to inc the Renin secretion on the right side and that is going to appear in right renal vein , that is what i understood may be someone can provide a better detail.
