I am Japanese doctor and passed cs 4 months ago. As you all know, most Japanese are not good at English. I was also suffering from CS preparation.
But, I could pass at first attempt.
My score is below.
Step 1: 254/88 (2012 April)
Step 2CK: 252/99 (2010 Dec)
Step 2CS: pass (2014 June, 1st attempt with high score)
