@residency 15: Experience was aight. three people IV you- 2 faculty members and one Chief resident. in my case it was the assoc PD, one attending and 1 CR. ask the usual questions of IV such as why IM, why y mercy where do you see yourself in 10 years, talk about this experience on your CV ( something they notice on your resume)..
