Rosemary you are right to some extent..this tumor is a benign one..you can see the word benign tumor..but it mimics well differentiated scc..ans is keratoacanthoma..it regresses spontaneously within 6 mnth with scaring

I guess echinococcus is dog tapeworm.
Dog and cat hookworm is ancyclostoma..causes cutaneous larva migrans..
