how can u differentiate between schizotypal personality and delusion disorder?

In schizotypal personality, the thought content is an idea ( pt. may accept that his beliefs are not true) but in delusional disorder the thought content is a delusion ( fixed belief).

In delusional disorder except for the delusion the patient is normal in other aspects, onset may be at later age.
In Personality disorders the onset is not clear cut and may be seen in age groups < 18 yrs though Personality disorder is diagnosed at age > 18 yrs.
