Washing before and after -

Some posts suggest to wash hands before and after PE, others only before. Both options can make sense but the first one takes more time. What do you think?

the same problem troubled me too. I cam e to conclusion it is the best to wash hand both before and after, but as far as time is concerned in each encounter just wash hands before the exam and you will have a lot of time saved.
