LOL! sorry don't mean to laugh, but you have NOTHING to be depressed about
 3 months is more than enough to get a whopping score out of a passing baseline. But you gotta work right do as many Qbank Q's as possible and read, re-read FA every time you get a question that you don't know the answer to. You'll do fine, and there's no time for being depressed in USMLE prep, do that AFTER you sit the exam Chin up now, take the rest of teh day off, get a good rest, set a study schedule that you can follow and work work work! You'll do just fine. You're already in the just passing level, there's nowhere to go but up from there  Good luck!
