alina it is not a matter of analogy..because of the increased intracranial pressure-> high incidence of cerebral accidents. BUT, l was tempted to mark the most important between the two choices (cereb acc & myoglob.) not the most common :-). This was my mistake ate the second questions. I have to think simple!

@ana, I didn't mean that it was a matter of analogy. It is just my method. When I don't know the answer, I try to use things I know to answer something I don't know. And quite often it works out for me. But not this time. Because it wasn't even the right analogy .

Hypercapnea, metabolic acidosis - there's no history pointing towards it, running towards the facts make F more likely.
Respiratory rate is 20, his respiratory rate is alright, its unlikely that his body is producing more CO2 on its own. |
