Is loss of heterozygosity only related to tumor suppressor genes ? I felt the child was becoming homozygous in one parents genes .How can I differentiate from imprinting in the exam ?

What is the correct answer? It is C - imprinting, right?

I think it is safe to go for imprinting, every time the case describes different kind of problem w/ maternal vs paternal inheritance.

I will let someone else answer your Q about loss of heterozygosity w/ tumor suppressor genes.
