Can you please suggest which one is better to review first aid book? first aid express or dit video?

Both of them are garbage. both if u really wanna choose one between both of them, i will recommend DIT of course because of the quizzes which keeps your brain working and active but don't expect it to increase your score on nbme. just saying

ok thanks. Can I understand concept of First Aid in DIT videos? or they just reviewed FA?

If you need concept-explaining, DIT is not for you yet. They don't explain anything. I personally don't like DIT but if you wanna do final brief REVIEW of FA w/o the need to actually read the book then it the resource for you.
