Hey guys I recently saw some posts where people are paying $2000 just for externships/observerships at a private clinic and that does not even include housing or food or anything.
Take it from some one who has MATCHED.
DO NOT pay any one to work at a private clinic.
For that $2000 you can go to Alleghany hospital, SUNY UPSTATE Hospital, University of Central Florida, Cleveland Clinic Florida, and many other options.
Be smart with your money get the letter heads that count. If you dont have the money then email doctors look online simply put just grind hard. But please do not throw your money down the drain.
I hate seeing my fellow IMGS being misguided and ripped off so I had to speak up.
