How much is the normal time limit to write CSA note after pt encounter?
Dose SP gives cards with clinical finding during FPE? for example pelvic examination or PR finding
Is there something called interstation?

Yes u got 10 min to write pt note. U can use paper or computer. Use the computer so u r sure they can read u , if u have a bad handwriting... SPs don't give cards. If u have to do a pelvic or PR, just tell the SP she'll need it, that u'll do it later, and write it on your work-up plan.
most important : be polite, introduce urself, call SPs by their names, WASH YOUR HANDS, COVER THE SPs while PE.
good luck

Thanks for all of your info. Couple of questions: Do we need to introduce ourselves as doctors??? When you test the reflexes, is it better for the patient to be laying down or sitting??And do I need to examine the lung anteriorly and posteriorly???
Thanks a bunch

1. introduce yourself as doctor b'cos all the preceptors call you doctor
2. Reflexes- depends upon how you were taught- I was taught upper limb sitting and lower limb supine
3. If I was doing a quick exam then I listened to the posterioir lung fields only, but for my respiratory cases I did a full RS exam
