That is completely natural. I couldnt sleep at all the nights before this day but once it comes, things just seem a little brighter lmao
When i came out of the exam the first time, I felt amazing, I got everything in on time. my differentials were great and I counselled and thought I did everything perfectly. The second time however, I felt absolutely horrible and realized that it would make sense for me to fail this time because of the type of mistakes I made.
1) Started doing sinus tenderness for first patient then realized i forgot to wash my hands so stopped midway and grabbed gloves
2) Did not do fundoscope or PERRLA for headache case
3) Did not counsel or close for 2 patients
4) Called one patient by the wrong name but quickly apologized and corrected
5) Wrote NKDA for a patient with allergy
6) Wrote a completely absurd differential for a peds patient
7) Did not ask vaccinations, birth history or anything peds related to a teenager
8) Did not answer a challenging question properly
