IM but you need usce and scores ,
Not too high if your got good usce and citizen


It has plenty of more spots than other specialities

Nothing got easy, honestly. Family and others need visa too

IM is more img friendly. I wouldn’t change it..

I'll toss in a vote for IM, although depends on which program. Family and Psych got a lot more competitive recently and take on average fewer residents as they have fewer spots. Good luck.
