STEP 3 preparation - sekar

I have finished Step 1, 2ck and CS and now finished applying some programs, hoping to get interviews. In the meanwhile, I think I will take step 3. Could someone help me how to prepare for step 3?? Time needed for preparation, study materials and plans etc.
