One of the most important interview questions. For university programs, the common answer I get is something along the lines of "it a university based program with exposure to wide variety of medical condition, good clinical experience along with research and fellowship opportunities" .
For community based program, the most likely answer heard is "it a community based program with very strong clinical focus in a friendly working environment. The faculty members are easily available for questions and the staff treats residents like a part of the family"
This is not enough to impress the PD who has heard this same answer over and over again.
