So I got my result on 11/28/2018. Took the exam on 11/5 and 11/9. UW assessment 226, real exam 221. I am a second year IM resident, average UW was 60% to 65% correct answers per block first time, second time 85% to 95%. I think CCS is the deal breaker here! Among the 13 cases I did not kill anyone but 2 of them did not get better! 5/6 to cases were excellent according to my knowledge and 4/5 cases were ok but not excellent. The reason I am saying these because I saw my co residents or others became stressed out if 2/3 cases went horrible! Do not panic during the exam or thereafter if few cases go wrong. Try to get most point on other cases, just do not kill anyone : )
The staff I used
1. UW Q bank
2. OBGYN and Peds from MTB
( Did not read any book for Medicine)
3. UW CCS + Crush 100 cases and of course Dr Archer video to get extra points!
I got help from others through their posts in this forum, so just sharing this if it helps anyone.
Thanks!
