i failed medicine subject in my med school ,will that affect my residency or matching .Should i continue the usmle journey?

yes you can continue the USMLE journey, for residency match USMLE scores and LORs are more important than med school scores.

If you have good score in USMLE steps then med school attempts will not be having any importance in the application
